Look up mineral makeup on the internet and find one that is 100% inert- meaning there are no preservatives or talc, and it never harbors bacteria. The #1 ingrediant in Bare Essentials ';Mineral Veil'; is cornstarch. You don't want that on your face. But, if you don't care about the ingrediants than I know Loreal makes an affordable mineral makeup that looks really good on. I have Bare Essentials and it seriously looks like I rolled my face in dirt! And I've tried 4 different shades. It also has a yucky pearly effect. Anyways, don't waste your money on the brand name. Look for quality ingrediants. I just ordered a kit from Everyday Minerals. It has only 4 natural ingrediants AND it was like $4-$8 for their foundations! i have used bare minerals for quite some time and i like that.
mineral powders is simply a not as good knock off of bare minerals, which is the best clear by its cult following. it will last throughout the day and night, becuase of how fine grain it is and the application process used to apply. it may be more expensive, but can you really put a price on looking great all day?
