Personally, I like the crayons mainly, the brush-applied gel in a tub secondly and none of those paint-from-the-tip stuff. I find that the crayons and the self-applied brush gel (like MAC has) are the best for a)control b)quality of the line c)life. Any liner should have powder as a base, so that it doesn't bleed, but yes - lining is still in trend (even your upper lid, just the under-side as well).
it is good, i love it. It also stays on longer then most eyeliner.
