the 1st list is of Do Test companies and the second list is of Dont Test Companies. hope i hlpd :]Do Covergirl %26amp; Maybelline test on animals?
Try and only use Too Faced, Urban Decay and Hard Candy. They don't test on animals and the ingredients that do into the products haven't either.

Most companies will use ingredients which have been tested on animals. It's the final product which hasn't so it will say 'not tested on animals' when the ingredients have been.

I only use the 3 brands above as they are compltley cruelty free. Hard Candy has a 75% off also on now too.
(even though this question has been asked a bajillion times... sigh)

CoverGirl once animal-tested on their produict, I'm not sure if they still do it, because there is a rumor out that they're trying to stop the testing.

And why would you not using their products make a difference? They would still do it anyway.

THERE IS THE COMPLETE LIST.

and to your first answerer?? c'mon, if you only knew the companies out there AND WHAT THEY DO?? BIG NAME companies, LIKE MACY'S THAT PROMOTE FUR???

IF THE PRODUCT DOES NOT STATE ON THE BOTTLE OR ITEM ';NOT TESTED ON ANIMALS';, 99 PERCENT OF THEM DO!!

TO the asker, good for you for having the common sense NOT TO BUY THAT CRAP , or ANYTHING that is tested on any kind of animal whatsoever, it is NOT needed.
I doubt that. They wouldn't have so much business.
