I have tryed many different foundation so many i can't count but every time i used any of ur average walmart brands i have the same result fantastic and first horible in an hour or less. personally stay away from all the watered down wax foundation. this will cost a bit more but the last alot longer and work alot better, go to a cosmetic store in a mall or somewhere that specializes u can even purchace good brand make up at ur local salon if they do make-up applications thiers products to so much better. and most places will show u the coverage this make-up will do by aplying some to you and letting you see. give it a try i think you will be surprised by the result....best of luckWHich is better almay, covergirl, or maybelline?
I like Maybelline because like Covergirl has like 5 different mascaras in all.. Maybelline has like tons (like 20 different ones) Define a Lash from Maybelline is really good! They have good eyeshadow.... I think that Maybelline is just a better quality all around and is more young makeup...

I don't like any of them , I find that Laura Mercier is the best.
I love maybelline because they have all different colors of everything that will fit your style and complextion. And their stuff really works! My favorite product is their eyeshadow quartets because it actually says, on top of each color, where to put each color. Plus, Maybelline has such a catchy song...maybe it's maybelline!
I'm a Maybelline girl. Been using it for years. Tried the other stuff..stick with Maybelline.
I have used all 3 brands over the years. My one thing that I will always use and have for many years is Maybelline's twin eyebrow pencils.
almay true color..its easier to find the right shade..and not as hard to blend.
Almay because its better for the skin and many people who tend to be allergic to everything have success with it. Yeah it may have an old people feel but I perfer how good the product is instead of packaging.

out of those 3, i like maybelline the most because its better quality than covergirl, and almay has sort of an ';older'; woman feel to it. maybelline has fun, fresh colors, and they always have new stuff coming out.

Maybelline Mineral Power Makeup?
Is this product any good? I've heard good and bad things about it. Also, how much does it cost? I would like to buy the concealer, powder foundation, blush, and pressed finishing powder... Maybelline dream mousse concealer/foundation?
About a week or two ago i was at the store looking for a foundation/concealer and the dream matte mousse by maybelline caught my eye, and ive heard from some people that it's really good, and others that it really sucks.
I need some type of conealer/foundation before school pictures and before school starts, and i NEED to know if the maybelline dream matte mousse is GOOD or NOT?

Honestly, it sucks. If your skin is dry, you will see it. If your skin is oily, it will be noticable. At times, rather than going on smooth, it will go on almost clumpy and will just crumble to the floor.
Other Maybelline foundations are worth it, but not that one.

It's called flaking, mascara dose that if it's mostly not water proof I love water proof mascara ;) Here's a tip apply your mascara... and then add a another layer of a water proof mascara this will help your non water proof mascaa from flaking and falling under your eyes durning the day... and also dont rub your eyes that causes mascara to flake also :)

Pros, it is cheap and doesn't clump. Cons it doesn't thicken. So if I ever use that I follow it with another mascara brush. My favorite id Lancome. I have tried it all, from Bobbi Brown to Mac. Lancome is hands down the best mascara ever!

I hate maybeline masacara! Not a big fan at all bcuz they r very drying and flakey!! Simply, it sucks!!! I bought it at least twice just to see if maybe it was a bad bottle the first time or i just didn't give it a chance you know...but no it sucked both times and evry time!!
The one i think is good/ fair choice from them ,is the xxl one, its white and black. And the volume turbo express one is okay but also veerry drying and flakey.
I like loreal mascaras they don't seem very dry and i like taht they make my lashes go up up up! :) And tehy last with no flaking, least from my experience.

I have tried both, and i like Maybelline much better. It's easier to apply and it spreads your lashes out more and makes them look natural. Plus, it doesn't clump as much as LashBlast. I was putting on my Colossal this morning and i just got one tiny clump and that was it.

I think it all depends on what type of natural lashes you have before you choose and I can bet that everyone would have something different to say about each product. There wont be a general favourite. I use ZoomLash by Mac, and I find it to work for me. I have thick but normal length natural lashes and when I use ZoomLash I end up with extra long very black and nicely separated lashes, I also find I only need mascara on my top lashes :)
Anything Covergirl is amazing! The Covergirl Lashblast is the best because it makes your lashes look long and think without being clumpy or totally fake-looking. I don't even have to wear eyeliner when I use it because it makes my eyes pop all on it's own.

I have tried both, and i like Maybelline much better. It's easier to apply and it spreads your lashes out more and makes them look natural. Plus, it doesn't clump as much as LashBlast. I was putting on my Colossal this morning and i just got one tiny clump and that was it.

I think it all depends on what type of natural lashes you have before you choose and I can bet that everyone would have something different to say about each product. There wont be a general favourite. I use ZoomLash by Mac, and I find it to work for me. I have thick but normal length natural lashes and when I use ZoomLash I end up with extra long very black and nicely separated lashes, I also find I only need mascara on my top lashes :)
Anything Covergirl is amazing! The Covergirl Lashblast is the best because it makes your lashes look long and think without being clumpy or totally fake-looking. I don't even have to wear eyeliner when I use it because it makes my eyes pop all on it's own.

What happened to judge maybelline?
The new judge is pretty cool but she is not a judge Maybelline. I love watching divorce court but I watch it less now since Judge maybelline been off the show. There is nothing in the lipgloss that can hurt your lips. It basically amounts to vaseline which is actually good for your lips because it helps to lock in moisture. Pros:
-Satin finish.
-Clear skin.
-Good coverage.
-Variety of skin tones.
-Smooth to the touch.
Cons:
-Need to make sure you get your skin tone otherwise it can make you look too pale or too dark.
-Cannot put too much on.
To apply:
There are two ways to do it.
Squirt it on your hand and use a foundation brush.
Or just squirt it on your finger and sweep it across, blending it in.

I can't believe it. I was stupid enough to buy Maybelline's ';Unstoppable'; eyeliner instead of the ';Define-A-Line';. I have always had a super hard job washing off eyeliners, even normal ones, including Define-A-Line. Will Unstoppable be okay to use? Has anyone tried it? I wish I would have asked this question before! I recently changed from XXXL Volume Mascara by Maybelline to the CoverGirl mascara that Queen Latifa has the commercial for. I noticed that the particular Maybelline mascara that I was using left black marks below and above my eyes where my lashes hit my skin and with the waterproof stuff by CoverGirl it didn't. The CoverGirl kind really tinted my lashes and made them look really long with out them being clumpy. They are actually almost featherlike! It holds out throughout the day as well. I work in surgery and sometimes I get really warm and sweat with my gown and mask on during long cases and this past week now I haven't had any faulty makeup all over. I know there are a lot of other kinds of mascara throughout each manufacturer but I hope this helps. Also Covergirl was easier for me to wash off at night, whereas the Maybelline kind was more like tare and just smeared.

Pros: Hardly, if any, clumps at all
Seperates lashes and lengthens them
Nice brush
Not too expensive
Cons: Doesn't add any volume, so if you have sparse lashes like I do, then it makes it look like you just have a couple long lashes

umm it's ok if you don't have acne scars like me. if you just want a nice even coverage that does not cause pimples, is easily to apply, looks natural, and comes with a tiny brush then this is the perfect foundation for you.!

It depends on what look you're going for and what activities you will do. Non-waterproof mascara are more glossy and intense than their waterproof versions. Waterproof mascara, of course is best if you plan to go swimming or sweat, etc. Waterproof mascara also keeps your lashes curled longer. The L'Oreal mascara is good for lengthening. Like I said, it depends on what you want.

I found that I didn't need to use much on my skin, and it coved well, it didn't feel like I was wearing any makeup.
I would reccomend this product as a cheap fix. But I definatly reccomend MAC, I use mostly MAC on my clients.
i did not like it much. mine actually dried up and so I started using it as pressed powder and applied it with a brush! It worked alright that way! I use CG tru blend now. its better than the matte mousse but not totally awesome.
I didnt like it, my skin is really dry, so it caked onto my flakey bits. But my friend who has normal skin, loves it %26amp; looks really natural on her. So find one that suits you skin type.
i actually really liked it, i even like the small packaging. but it's got some funky ingredients that i would be concerned about.

TO find your skintone use one of the guides that the brand has (Usually a sign near the foundation) and find which is closest to yours. Other brands have transparent sheet to hold near your face.
If you can't find your shade go to a store with a good return policy (like Rite-Aid I believe) They will let you return it if it doesn't match well.

I have a love-hate relationships with this. It was very impressive in terms of texture (no shine, felt smooth and went on just right) and color match (they have a variety of shades). However, it can feel rather cakey, and you may have to reapply it after several hours. Also, it caused me to break out. It seemed slightly waterproof, which is both a good thing (walking in the rain) and a bad thing (washing it off at night). I would recommend this as a daily foundation but not anything you'd use to pretty yourself up for a nice date (truth in the case of foundations has it that the more expensive are better). So overall, it's pretty good for a cheap drugstore foundation.
i have 2 of them, they are great but for me i will only use it for night time just dont use too much of it cuz it will deffinitly make u cake! and i mean only using ur finger and dot it 3 lil dots on each cheek, 2 on forehead and 1 on each nose and chin and it gives a good coverage already.
i love it! it covers really well, what i do is i look at different ones and pick one i think is a little lighter than my skin tone that usually works until you know which one

Since it's the 'stay proof' kind and dries faster.c++

I don't use either brands, I use Physician's Formula lengthening mascara (under $5) and it doesn't irritate my eyes ( I wear contacts), clump free, removes easily with cleanser and water, and it doesn't flake or contain junky ingredients. Good luck!

I don't use either brands, I use Physician's Formula lengthening mascara (under $5) and it doesn't irritate my eyes ( I wear contacts), clump free, removes easily with cleanser and water, and it doesn't flake or contain junky ingredients. Good luck!

i quite like it - especially for the price (are you in the uk? it's on offer in either boots or superdrug, can't remember which!) but i think it makes a better concealer than a foundation so i tend to just use it on uneven bits rather than all over, because it can look a bit mask-like. if you want a properly good foundation, save up and visit MAC as they have loads of shades and types and will be able to recommend the right one for you.
I definitely give Maybelline's Dream Matte Mousse a big thumbs down!! it dries out skin, hard to apply, goes everywhere during the day and you just don't get a lot for your money. URGH definitely aggravating!

It seemed very dry to me.

Yes I have. I tried it when it came out. Overall, it was good. It let my skin breathe and it looked natural. The only thing I have to complain about is that it doesn't do THE perfect job of covering flaws. So you may want a concealer along with it. But it doesn't give you a cakey look and no body can tell you have it on. It's awesome! I wish I sticked to it, but my face cleared good enough to not where anything. Here is another idea, if your skin is just a little broken out, just a little bit, don't wear foundation. You obviously don't need it. If your complexion isn't ';perfect'; that's ok. You can continue to wear foundation, just don't do it everyday. Some foundation makes these things worse, especially break outs. So you don't want to cover them when you could be curing them.

Maybelline dream matte mousse?
I've tried many different foundations...but they all either make my skin look cake-y, or don't cover enough...or just don't look natural.
i've heard good things about maybelline dream matte mousse...but i don't want to risk buying something and not liking it because foundations tend to be expensive. My skin is fairly oily, but gets dry easily, so i use a moisturizer after i wash my face.

ok so i have this and its really really good especially for your combination/oily skin type. it has really good coverage, and can even use it as a concealer (thats how good coverage it is) but yet its not at all heavy its feather light, and it feels comforable on your skin and looks very very natural, like seriously my friend asked why my skin looked so good and she didnt notice i was wearing foundation ( thats how natural it is) it also comes in many shades so itll be easy to find yours.
and when you put it on it feels nice n creamy but then it turns dryer and not creamy any more ( which is why it feels so natural) and this is good for oily skin cause it dries up all the oil and for dry skin it will moisturize it to. so you reaaaaaaaally should get it seriously you wont regret it, its PERFECT FOR YOU and ur skin type.
trust me ive tried them all and this ones THE BEST ever.

i have never tried mascara before but i'm looking into maybelline define a lash (the one in the green tube) because i want to lengthen my lashes. anyway, i'm not sure if i want regular or waterproof. i want something that i can easily wash off without buying a remover but i don't want smudges and nonlasting effects. also i heard waterproof damages the eyelashes??Maybelline mascara waterproof or not?
Ewww dont get waterproof. That is soooo hard to get off. Even with make-up remover, it doesn't seem to fully come over. I had to try to wash it out three times with make-up remover just to get it out. If you plan on crying a lot that day, get waterproof, but if not, get regular. They both have good stuff..Like i use Covergirl Lash Blast, and Maybelline Mineral Make up concealer and powder. I LOVE both products. Sorry i'm not sure about the eye shadow.
I like covergirl better for color, like for blush or eyeshadow. It's works well and they have lots of hot colors. For mascara, I definitely like maybelline (try the yellow colossal one), as well as for eyeliner and lipgloss/lipstick.

But I've learned from experience that more expensive makeup (like from Macy's) is a lot better for your skin and truly does look better on your face too. Plus, Macy's always has makeup sales where if you buy any makeup item they give you a free makeup bag with eyeliner, eye shadow, mascara, and a bunch of stuff like that. So basically if you get the sales, your makeup turns out cheaper and better quality.

The eyeliner itself doesn't usually run, but I always set it by using a black eyeshadow and an angle brush over it. It applies like a dream and it really DOES give me the ';airbrushed'; look! Even better, it lasts all day! The most I have to do is blot a little excess oil on my T-zone in the middle of the day. it gives the ';dewy'; look, yet it doesn't make my face look too oily. IT DOES NOT ';cry'; off!! :) I know because I thought my face would be streaked after a counseling session-but no! It was just fine. It doesn't rub off easily either.
