I've been wondering about that too! Its great for oily skin. Plus, I have noticed the whole mousse range is gradually disappearing or has disappeared entirely from Singapore.
I have yet to see the liquid range. But, I like the mousse range, simply because its less messy than liquid and will give revlon a run any day. Plus this range in Singapore actually carried the darker shades and alot of my friends who have darker skin had options for actual foundation.
Revlon itself stops mid-range so does L'oreal and other make-up brands which is sad in a place like Singapore where not everyone is fair.Maybelline dream matte mousse?

but they do have dream liquid mousse now. its a liquid instead. and i actually like it better than the original (:
