oh and how long does it take to dry? and in her video hot(the one above) does she line her inner rims with pencil liner before she does the liquid?MAYBELLINE ULTRA LIQUID LINER FOR AVRIL LAVIGNE DESIGN?
That would be black eyeshadow that she used. :)
