help!!!!!!am confused...which one shall i buyMaybelline liner express or rimmel professional liquid eyeliner??
i use the rimmel one- i love it
it takes a while to get used to the brush but once you get the hang of it its easy to manipulate ;)
it looks expecially amazing for a Cleopatra/Cats Eye winged look ;)
i don't use it on my bottom lashes though... I usually go for liquid top, bare bottom (oo-er) or if I'm going out then I use the Rimmel Soft Kajal Pencil in Jet Black (Or Boots 17 eye pencil- really black and dramatic) underneath because if you get liquid eyeliner in your eye it hurts like hell.
Stings until you get it out but don't let that put you off unless you plan on using it on the bottom lashes... unless you already use liquid on the bottom? or are a pro anyway? lol
