I prefer the Maybelline PURE makeup line instead. It's very light on the skin and won't agrivate your acne. You may also want to try some foudnations that have ingredients to help clear your acne while it covers it. Almay has Clear Complexion line and Clinique has Clarifying makeup line.
MAC has a great range of coverups if you are looking for heavy coverage.
